- Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipment costs are borne by the customer.
- Convenience fees charged against purchases are also non-refundable.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the cooling-off period.
- We ensure transparency regarding slight differences in shade due to camera lights and recommend dry clean only for maintenance.
